Doosan Bears (President Koh Young Technology) will throw the ceremonial first pitch in the regular season matchup against the Samsung Lions at Jamsil Baseball Stadium on March 30 (Sunday).
The ceremonial first pitch will be delivered by Chef Edward Lee. Edward Lee has been receiving much public attention after appearing in the Netflix original "Culinary Class Wars" last year. He has continued to be active in programs such as "Please Take Care of My Refrigerator" and "Edward Lee's Country Cook."
Edward Lee noted, "It is an honor to be entrusted with the first pitch for Doosan Bears. I understand well the role baseball plays in Korean popular culture. I will cheer hard for good results in the home opening series."
