Doosan Bears will conduct a national anthem performance and a ceremonial first pitch to wish for victory during the home opening game against the Samsung Lions at Jamsil Baseball Stadium on the 28th.
The national anthem performance will be led by vocalist "Sohyang." Sohyang has gained recognition from the public by attempting various music genres. She is regarded as Korea's representative diva, known for her clear voice and outstanding vocal ability.
Sohyang noted, "It is an honor to perform the national anthem at the home opening game" and stated, "I will convey good energy while wishing for Doosan Bears' 7th championship."
On the 28th (Friday), the ceremonial first pitch to wish for victory will be adorned by Hong Eun-chae, a member of the group "LE SSERAFIM." Hong Eun-chae, originally from "Durini," is known as a true fan of Doosan Bears, as she has been spotted visiting Jamsil Baseball Stadium to watch games. She returns to the mound as the ceremonial first pitcher for the home opening game after three years, following her victory wish pitch in May 2022.
Hong Eun-chae expressed gratitude, stating, "Thank you for inviting me to this great event of the home opening game" and noted, "I will do my best in the ceremonial first pitch for Doosan Bears' championship this season."
