Lotte Giants has released its opening game lineup.

Lotte will face the LG Twins in the 2025 KBO League opening game at Seoul's Jamsil Stadium on the 22nd. The starting pitcher for Lotte is Charlie Barnes, and the starting pitcher for LG is Yoni Chirinous.

Lotte's starting lineup includes Hwang Seong-bin (center fielder), Ko Seung-min (second baseman), Na Seung-yeop (first baseman), RAY (left fielder), Yoon Dong-hee (right fielder), Jeon Jun-woo (designated hitter), Son Ho-young (third baseman), Yoo Kang-nam (catcher), and Park Seung-wook (shortstop).

Lotte has placed left-handed batters in the 1-4 spots, including switch hitter RAY, against LG's right-handed starter Chirinous. Yoon Dong-hee is in the 5th spot, and Son Ho-young dropped to 7th. Lotte's starting pitcher Barnes is in his fourth year in the KBO League. Last year, he recorded a record of 9 wins and 6 losses with an earned run average of 3.35 over 25 games. In the exhibition game, he appeared in 1 game, pitching 4 innings with 3 hits allowed and 7 strikeouts, recording no earned runs.

Barnes has a career record against LG of 2 wins and 5 losses with an earned run average of 4.94, which is quite unfavorable.
