This season, various events related to NC's representative mascot Dandi are being held under the concept of 'Let's be dandi.'
On the 30th, a performance by the band Dragon Pony will take place, and a ceremonial first pitch will be held.
The NC Dinos will host a home opening series against the LG Twins at Changwon NC Park from the 28th to the 30th.
The concept of this home opening series is 'Let's be dandi for the 2025 season,' and various events related to the NC mascot Dandi, who dreams of becoming a national star in the 25th season, are planned.
On the 28th, Dandi, the protagonist of the series, will declare the start of the first home game of the 2025 season. The declaration will be held in a special way that Dandi has prepared.
The ceremonial first pitch to wish for victory will be performed by Kim Min-seong, a student from Safa Elementary School. Kim Min-seong is a member of the Safa Elementary School baseball team (Safa BC) and won the Best Pitcher award at last year's Jecheon Cheongpung Lake National Youth Baseball Tournament.
The national anthem to wish for victory will be performed by the 'Changwon Citizen Musical Company,' formed mainly by Changwon citizens in 2021.
Before the game, a special performance by the Navy Music Corps will take place on the field, along with a main sponsorship agreement ceremony with NH NongHyup Bank. The ceremony will be attended by Cho Cheong-rae, head of NH NongHyup Bank's Gyeongsangnam-do Headquarters, and Lee Jin-man, representative of the NC Dinos.
During the game, a 'Let's be dandi decibel event' will take place alongside SUNGWOO, known as an NC fan. Participants in the event can win the newly released ‘Dandi LED cheering stick.'
On the 29th, Jeon Sa-rang, a child, will perform the ceremonial first pitch to wish for victory. The NC Dinos decided to hold this first pitch to support the health of Jeon Sa-rang, who suffers from a rare muscle disease.
During the opening series from the 28th to the 29th, 5,000 'Let's be dandi bandanas' will be distributed for free at each entrance gate (GATE 1, 2, 3) on a first-come, first-served basis.
On the 30th, the band Dragon Pony, making a comeback with their second EP 'Not Out,' will cheer for NC. After their performance in front of GATE 1, they will contribute to NC's victory with a ceremonial first pitch.
During the home opening series, the newly released 'Dandi LED cheering stick' will be sold at a 10% discount for 45,000 won at online and offline team stores.
