Lotte Jun-woo, Samsung Kang-min-ho, and NC Son Ah-seop stood out as representatives of the league, but none of them have ever experienced the joy of winning. Jun-woo was asked, "Who do you think will be the first among the three players to win a championship?"

Expressing a strong desire to reach the top, Jun-woo predicted that Kang-min-ho has a higher chance of tasting victory than Son Ah-seop. He replied, "Samsung is a really good team, and Min-ho has experienced the Korean Series last year, so I think they can achieve good results this season."

In response, Kang-min-ho sent a supportive message to his "close friend" Jun-woo. He said, "I hope Jun-woo tastes victory before Son Ah-seop. It seems like it might be a bit tough for Ah-seop."

Park Min-woo, the 'captain' of the NC Dinos, who is immensely proud of his alma mater Whi-mun High School, chose Whi-mun without hesitation when asked which team he would like to be considered the best between his alma mater and his current team.

"There are many excellent players in NC who are better than me. Of course, Whi-mun has outstanding players like (Park) Yong-taek and (Lee) Jeong-hu, but I will choose Whi-mun. Originally, LG Im Chan-kyu (who is from Whi-mun) should be here, but it’s unfortunate. If you are from Whi-mun, that’s just how it is," Park Min-woo said.

Jesus and Hurado, who played as foreign one-two punches for Kiwoom Heroes until last year, are starting anew with KT and Samsung, respectively. Kiwoom's Lee Ju-hyung and Song Seong-moon voiced their opinion that they feel it may be easier to face Hurado than Jesus.

Song Seong-moon said, "Hurado, a right-handed pitcher, is easier to face than left-handed pitcher Jesus. After facing Jesus, I just couldn’t hit him," and Lee Ju-hyung added, "I have had many good memories at Daegu Samsung Lions Park, so I think Hurado will be better."

Kang Baek-ho (KT) stated that stopping a stolen base is more exhilarating than inducing a Samjin. He said, "Samjin is what happens when the pitcher pitches well, and stopping a stolen base is the catcher’s ability."

Chae Eun-sung, the 'captain' of Hanwha, known as a 'daughter fanatic,' stated that he would prefer to listen to 10 hours of stories about Catch Teenie Ping rather than 1 hour of nagging about his poor baseball performance. He said, "Even if it’s 10 hours, since it’s something that my daughter likes, it’s better to listen to stories about Catch Teenie Ping."
