Road FC, which successfully hosted the first number series of 2025, has confirmed and announced the match schedule for the next tournament.
The organization will hold Gupne ROAD FC 073 at the Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on June 28. This is the second number series of the year following Gupne ROAD FC 072, held on the 16th at the same venue.
Gupne ROAD FC 073 has confirmed a match between 'comedian' Yoon Hyung-bin and 'mukbang YouTuber' Bentz. Bentz first requested a match against Yoon Hyung-bin, and after Yoon accepted, the fight was arranged. The two are fanning the excitement for the match by meeting at a press conference and during Gupne ROAD FC 072.
Both individuals are serious about mixed martial arts. After the match was confirmed, Yoon Hyung-bin and Bentz have been dedicating time to training regularly despite their busy schedules.
The lightweight tournament final is also set to take place on June 28. Last year, Kamil Magomedov (33, KHK MMA TEAM) confirmed his advance to the finals first, and the winner between Oka (38, Jeon Uk-jin Multi Gym) and Park Si-won (23, DIA MMA) will advance to the finals, leaving Kamil waiting for his opponent. The playoff for the final, originally scheduled to be held at Gupne ROAD FC 072 on the 16th, could not proceed due to Park's back injury, so according to the contract, Oka will face Kamil in the finals.
The fight between 'Korean Strong' Kim Hyun-woo (23, Team Finish) and Uruuskeledi Duyseyev (24, ATAMAN TEAM) has also been confirmed. This match was set after Kim Hyun-woo called out Duyseyev following his victory over Kuroi Kaisei, and Duyseyev accepted. Kim stated, "To become the champion, I must defeat Duyseyev. Let's have a match on June 28. I know your knee is hurt, but you’re all better now, right? Let’s see who is stronger," and requested the matchup. The fight will be contested in the -63kg bantamweight category.
Meanwhile, Oka, previously known as Nandinerden and by the Korean name Kim In-seong, has requested to be called by his nickname Oka. Consequently, Road FC has decided to officially refer to him as Oka.
