The Round Best XI and MVP in the K League are selected through quantitative and qualitative evaluations by the Technical Research Group (TSG) under the Korea Professional Football Federation's Technical Committee. TSG members assigned to each K League match select the Best XI and the Man of the Match (MOM) for that game. Later, a TSG match evaluation meeting is held to comprehensively determine the Best XI for K League 1 and 2 of the round based on the ratings and opinions of TSG members and the ratings from K League's official data partner, 'Bepro'. The Round MVP is then selected from among the MOM candidates, using the same method as the Best XI.
