NC's new foreign pitcher, Logan Allen (28), known for the excellent recruitment of foreign players, successfully completed his first real game appearance.

On the 25th (Korea Standard Time), a practice game was held at the Asia-Pacific International Baseball Center in Tainan, Taiwan, between NC and the Taiwanese professional baseball team, the Fubon Guardians. NC started left-handed new foreign pitcher Logan Allen.

Logan threw a total of 33 pitches in this appearance, recording a maximum fastball speed of 144 km/h. He raised some concerns with a maximum speed of 135 km/h during bullpen pitching on the 23rd, but the actual performance was different. He checked all his pitches, including curve, slider, changeup, and cutter, smoothly elevating his condition for the 2025 season.

Logan Allen began his professional career when he was selected in the eighth round by the Boston Red Sox in 2015 and played for San Diego, Cleveland, Baltimore, and Arizona. Throughout his Major League Baseball career with the San Diego Padres, Cleveland Guardians, Baltimore Orioles, and Arizona Diamondbacks, Logan has appeared in a total of 45 games (15 starts), pitching 124⅓ innings, with a record of 5 wins, 11 losses, and an earned run average of 5.79.

Logan, a left-handed pitcher from West Palm Beach, Florida, has impressive physical attributes with a height of 191 cm and a weight of 105 kg. His average fastball speed is in the mid-140 km/h range, and he throws a splitter, curve, sweeper, slider, and changeup. He is evaluated for his aggressive pitching style, high-level breaking balls, and excellent crisis management skills.
