The professional baseball team KT Wiz successfully completed its first spring camp in Geelong, Australia.

KT conducted personalized training during the camp in Australia, which took place from the 26th to the 29th of last month, focusing on strengthening teamwork, and also held two practice games against the Australian professional team Melbourne Aces.

Lee Kang-cheol, the KT manager, noted, "I am satisfied that we finished the camp without injuries in a good training environment," adding, "I appreciate the veterans, led by captain Jang Seong-woo this season, for taking the initiative and creating a good team atmosphere. It is encouraging to see the newly recruited players and the rookies adapting well to the team."

The second camp in Okinawa, Japan, will focus on practical training. Manager Lee Kang-cheol urged, "In the second camp, I will focus on checking the players' practical senses. I hope the players maintain their condition well to showcase their skills."

KT, returning through Incheon International Airport on the 24th, will head to Okinawa, Japan, at 9:35 a.m. (Flight OZ172) on the 25th. After playing five practice games against Hanwha Eagles, Samsung Lions, SSG Landers, LG Twins, and KIA Tigers to enhance their practical senses, they are scheduled to return on the 6th of next month.
