On the 3rd, the Railroad Special Judicial Police said they booked a man in his 40s, identified as A, without detention on suspicion of camera-use filming under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.
A is suspected of secretly filming specific parts of the bodies of female passengers with a mobile phone on an Airport Railroad train heading to Seoul after departing from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 at about 9 p.m. on the previous day.
Responding to a report, police apprehended A in the act at Airport Railroad Yeongjong Station and handed the case over to the competent authority, the Railroad Special Judicial Police.
