Group Riize donated 100 million won to support vulnerable pediatric and adolescent patients on the third anniversary of its debut.
On the 3rd, according to SM Entertainment and Samsung Medical Center, Riize delivered 100 million won to the hospital in the name of its official fan club "Briize" (BRIIZE). The donation will be used to support surgery and treatment costs for child and adolescent patients facing financial hardship.
Riize marks the third anniversary of its debut on the 4th. The group was said to have decided on this donation to repay fans for their support.
Riize said, "We believe we are growing into better artists thanks to fans cheering on our dreams," and added, "As we share the love we have received, we want to become artists who can offer at least a little help where hope is needed."
Riize has consistently engaged in sharing activities across culture and the arts, health care, and social welfare.
On the 12th–13th, the group will hold a third-anniversary fan meeting "Channel Riize: On Air" (Ch. RIIZE: ON AIR) at Inspire Arena in Incheon.
