Law firm Daeryook & AJU signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Pharmaceutical Promotion Sales Association to strengthen legal support in the contract sales organization (CSO) field for pharmaceutical promotion and sales.
Daeryook & AJU said on the 10th that it signed the agreement with the Korea Pharmaceutical Promotion Sales Association at Donghoon Tower in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Under the agreement, Daeryook & AJU will provide advice on laws and regulations related to pharmaceuticals, biotech, and CSOs, including legal issues arising in the association's operations and business processes, as well as fair trade and compliance.
It will also offer legal support for association members. It plans to provide legal counseling and responses related to violations of members' rights and interests, including unfair dismissal, unfair treatment, and labor contract disputes.
Attending the signing ceremony from Daeryook & AJU were Managing Partner Lee Gyu-cheol and advisors Chung Joon-ho and Kim Young-chan. From the association, Chair Lee Gyu-hyeon, Secretary-General Lim Chung-yong, Seoul Region Vice Chair Jeong Hae-ung, and Public Relations Director Seo Kang-won attended.
Lee said, "With this agreement as a starting point, we will provide legal support for the various regulations that arise in the pharmaceutical promotion and sales field, and through continued exchanges and cooperation with the association, we will work to protect members' rights and interests and contribute to the development of the CSO industry."
