Because of the subway-boarding protest by the Solidarity Against Disability Discrimination (SADD), an upbound train (toward Cheongnyangni Station) on Seoul Subway Line 1 passed without stopping at Yongsan Station on the morning of the 10th.
According to Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL), starting at 8:10 a.m., during the morning rush hour, a measure was implemented for upbound trains to pass Yongsan Station without stopping. This followed SADD's protests that began at 8 a.m. on the Yongsan Station platform and at Hyehwa Station on Line 4.
Seoul Metro said in a safety text message, "Due to the rally and protest, upbound trains on Line 1 are currently passing without stopping at Yongsan Station (toward Seoul Station and Cheongnyangni Station)."
