Yoon & Yang LLC said on the 4th that it has hired senior foreign attorney Spencer Park (California, U.S.).
Park worked at the Seoul office of the U.S.-based global law firm Milbank (Milbank LLP), handling cross-border (international) transactions such as overseas mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing transactions, and real estate investments.
While serving as counsel at the Hong Kong office of Dechert (Dechert LLP), Park advised on transactions related to global private equity (PE), finance, and real estate investments for clients across Asia, including Korea, Japan, and Singapore.
Since 2017, at BAE, KIM & LEE LLC, Park has advised on domestic and international investments and transactions, including international private equity funds, and took part in establishing BAE, KIM & LEE LLC's Hong Kong office.
Park also has experience working at investment companies. At private equity manager Apollo Global Management and real estate investment and asset management firm Asia Pacific Land (Asia Pacific Land Limited), Park handled Asia-Pacific investments and real estate development and investment projects.
Going forward at Yoon & Yang LLC, Park plans to provide legal services related to overseas mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and real estate transactions and investments for multinational corporations, domestic corporations, and domestic and overseas financial institutions.
