Law firm Hyeonjae said on the 13th that it has brought on attorneys Lee Gi-yun and Choi Eun-young, legal experts in industrial accident cases.
According to Hyeonjae, attorney Lee Gi-yun formerly served as the managing attorney at the law firm Saram&Smart and is a Korean Bar Association-registered specialist in industrial accident (workers' compensation) cases and criminal law. Lee focuses on major accidents caused by industrial accidents and on reducing risk in preparation for accident occurrences at corporations. Lee also serves as a member of the School Violence Countermeasures Deliberation Committee.
Attorney Choi Eun-young formerly served as the deputy managing attorney at the law firm Saram&Smart. Choi is a Korean Bar Association-registered specialist in industrial accident (workers' compensation) cases and in damages. Focusing on industrial accidents and occupational safety, Choi has handled a wide range of matters from corporations' responses to serious accidents to workers' industrial accident compensation and damages cases, building practical experience. Choi has differentiated expertise in the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Meanwhile, law firm Hyeonjae is a firm led by managing attorney Jeon Sang-gwi and composed of experts in civil, criminal, and family law. With the addition of the two attorneys, it is assessed to have gained expertise in industrial accidents and school violence as well.
