Law firm Daeryook&Aju signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the KANGNAM UNIVERSITY Graduate School of Taxation to train professionals in tax law.
Daeryook&Aju said on the 1st that it signed an agreement for education and research cooperation in the field of tax law with the KANGNAM UNIVERSITY Graduate School of Taxation in the main conference room on the 12th floor of Donghoon Tower on Teheran-ro in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the 30th.
The agreement was prepared to build a cooperation system for training professionals in tax law and advancing education and research, and to strengthen links between practice and academia.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will develop and run education programs to train professionals in tax law, and promote joint research and exchanges of human resources and information to strengthen research capabilities in tax law. They also agreed to run practical programs together, including special lectures, seminars and workshops related to tax law. They will cooperate in mutual support for education and research infrastructure.
Attending the signing ceremony from Daeryook&Aju were Managing Partner Lee Gyu-cheol and attorneys Kim Hyeong-gil, Kim Sin-hui, Jeong Yu-ri, Yun Sang-hyeok and Kim Seung-jin. From the KANGNAM UNIVERSITY Graduate School of Taxation, Dean Seong Yong-un and Professors Yu Ho-rim and Hwang In-gyu attended.
Lee Gyu-cheol, managing partner at Daeryook&Aju, said, "We expect to produce meaningful results by combining the practical experience accumulated by Daeryook&Aju's tax team with the education and research capabilities of the KANGNAM UNIVERSITY Graduate School of Taxation."
