On the 6th, which is Memorial Day and a Saturday, midday temperatures will climb to 30 degrees in clear air with no fine dust.
Morning lows are forecast at 11–18 degrees, with afternoon highs at 23–30 degrees. For the time being, temperatures will be similar to the averages (lows 14–18 degrees, highs 22–28 degrees). In the greater Seoul area and other central regions, skies will be clear through the afternoon before gradually turning cloudy from late evening. In the southern regions, clouds will increase from the morning.
From early morning to around daybreak, some central areas will see fog, so use caution for traffic safety. Fine dust levels are expected to be "good" to "moderate" in all regions.
Waves will run 0.5–1.5 meters off the east and south coasts and around 0.5 meter off the west coast. In the inner offshore waters (the open sea within about 200 kilometers of the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5–2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5–1.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5–1.5 meters in the South Sea.
