Two people were injured in a stabbing on the 27th at the LG Electronics Magok Business Center in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
According to police and fire authorities, a report was filed at about 11:18 a.m. that a person had been stabbed on the second floor of the LG Electronics Magok Business Center in Gangseo-gu.
The victims are a man in his 50s who is an LG Electronics employee and a man in his 40s, who suffered serious injuries to the arm and the side, respectively. They were taken to a hospital, and their lives are not in danger, according to reports.
Police urgently arrested a suspect, identified as A, on suspicion of aggravated assault. A was reportedly apprehended near Digital Media City (DMC) Station while moving to a police station after calling police to turn themself in.
Police said the exact motive for the crime involving A is under investigation.
