On Thursday the 7th, the country will be mostly cloudy, with rain expected in places, mainly in the central region.
Rain will be concentrated from the afternoon into the night in the greater Seoul area, inland and mountainous Gangwon, northern South Chungcheong, and western North Jeolla. During the night, there will be spots in the Chungcheong region, the Jeolla region, and the mid- to northern east coast of Gangwon that see raindrops under 0.1 mm.
Expected precipitation is around 5 mm in the greater Seoul area and inland and mountainous Gangwon, and under 5 mm in northern Chungcheong and western North Jeolla.
Strong winds of around 55 kph (70 kph in mountainous areas) are forecast for the central region and the Jeolla region, so caution is needed in managing facilities. In particular, the eastern and western parts of Jeju Island may see gusts over 70 kph, with the possibility of advisories being issued.
Temperatures are forecast to range from a morning low of 8–18 C to a daytime high of 18–27 C. Inland areas of the Gyeongsang region are expected to see large temperature differences between day and night.
Fine dust levels will remain in the "good" to "moderate" range across all regions.
Waves at sea will run 0.5–1.5 meters off the coasts in all waters. Offshore wave heights are expected to reach up to 2.0 meters.
