Law firm Daeryook & AJU will team up with the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise (KFME) to provide legal support for small business owners struggling with high inflation and an economic downturn.
Law firm Daeryook & AJU (Managing Partner Lee Gyu-cheol) said on the 28th that it signed a "business agreement for legal support for small business owners" with the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise (KFME) (Chair Song Chi-young) at the Small Business Owners Digital Center in Dohwa-dong, Mapo District, Seoul.
Under the agreement, the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise (KFME) will identify small business owners who are closing down and those harmed by unfair transactions and request support from Daeryook & AJU. Daeryook & AJU will provide legal advice and relief services for these owners. Daeryook & AJU will also actively work to resolve legal issues that the federation and its member companies face in the course of doing business.
Kim Jin-dong, managing partner at Daeryook & AJU, said, "We hope this agreement will provide practical help to small business owners left in a legal blind spot," adding, "We will do our best to create an environment where small business owners can focus on their livelihoods with peace of mind."
This year, Daeryook & AJU was selected as an implementing agency for the small business legal support program led by the Small Enterprise and Market Service and is supporting legal consulting and debt adjustment for small business owners facing closure. For small business owners harmed by unfair transactions, it is providing legal support for relief.
