According to online communities on the 20th, a user on a social network service (SNS) posted a photo of an elementary school wall adjacent to an apartment complex. The writer said, "They say a lot of complaints come in when the elementary school holds a field day," adding, "I was out for a walk and saw the school wall in the neighborhood plastered with them. It felt strange."
The noise apology letter in the photo included, "We are sorry for the inconvenience. From Apr. 29 to 30, we will hold a sports festival. There may be noise when we hold the sports festival. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We ask for your understanding."
Seeing children repeatedly apologize for possible laughter, cheers, and conversations during the field day, internet users expressed bitterness.
