Bae, Kim & Lee LLC said on the 17th that it was named to Asian Legal Business (ALB)'s "Employer of Choice 2025" for the Asia-Pacific region for the 18th consecutive year.
ALB surveys members of major law firms in the Asia-Pacific every year on job satisfaction, compensation, work-life balance, career prospects, mentorship, job security, and transparency in promotions to select the winning firms. This year, in particular, it also reflected as a key evaluation factor how firms, amid the spread of artificial intelligence (AI), used technology to support members' growth, collaboration, and sustainable careers.
Bae, Kim & Lee said it has advanced its collaboration framework to suit the changing work environment and maintained an organizational culture focused on talent development. It added that it built a matrix organization for organic collaboration among departments to strengthen client-centered legal services, and on that basis handled major cases such as the Lone Star and Schindler investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) matters.
