Daytime highs are expected to be 23 degrees in Seoul, 21 in Incheon, 24 in Chuncheon, 19 in Gangneung, 25 in Daejeon, 23 in Daegu, 24 in Jeonju, 24 in Gwangju, 20 in Busan, and 20 in Jeju.
For the time being, temperatures will be similar to or somewhat higher than the average (lows 3~9 degrees, highs 15~19 degrees). Morning lows on the day are forecast at 3~12 degrees, with daytime highs of 17~25 degrees.
From dawn to morning, frost is expected in parts of the Gangwon inland and mountains and the northeastern inland and mountains of North Gyeongsang, so caution is needed in managing crops.
From nighttime through the 13th, Jeju Island will see 5~20 mm of rain.
Fine dust levels are expected to be "good" to "moderate" in all regions.
