The assets of Yoon Ho-jung, Minister of the Interior and Safety, increased by about 220 million won from the last filing.
According to the 2026 regular asset change report for public officials released by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee on the 26th, the Minister reported assets of 2.37961 billion won. This is an increase of 218.5 million won from the previous filing of 2.16111 billion won. An increase in the spouse's deposits asset and a rise in political donations affected the total.
The Minister reported owning real estate including an apartment in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, in the Minister's name (valued at 506 million won); a commercial unit in Guri in the spouse's name (valued at 470 million won); and land in Bukgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, in the spouse's name (valued at 124.2 million won).
Kim Min-jae, Vice Minister of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS), reported assets of 2.43633 billion won. He reported real estate including a Samsung Raemian apartment in Dowon-dong, Yongsan, Seoul, jointly owned by himself and his spouse (valued at 968.09 million won), as well as his mother's commercial unit in Hongcheon, Gangwon, and paddy and dry fields.
Deposits were reported at 672 million won. Stocks held were 2.131 shares of Nvidia and 0.6628 shares of Tesla. The Vice Minister said he bought those stocks by putting in 5,000 won every day to accumulate shares.
Kim Kwang-yong, head of the Disaster Safety Management Office at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS), reported assets of 1.24987 billion won. It was reported that he owns an apartment in Ilsan, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, in the spouse's name (valued at 350 million won).
The amount of deposits increased by about 130 million won from the last filing due to salary and the return of a jeonse deposit.
