The Korea Meteorological Administration said, "For the time being, the temperature difference between day and night will be large, at 15 to 20 degrees," and noted, "Please take care of your health."

BTS will present its comeback stage "BTS Comeback Live: Arirang (ARIRANG)" around Gwanghwamun Square that day. It is a concert to commemorate the release of BTS's fifth full-length album, Arirang, released as a "complete group" for the first time in 3 years and 9 months.
The concert will be broadcast live simultaneously to about 190 countries worldwide through the video platform Netflix. The number of people visiting the Gwanghwamun venue in person is expected to reach 260,000.
