On the 16th, Donghaeng Lottery released an interview with a person identified as A, who won first prize in the 66th round of "Speetto 2000." The ticket was sold at a lottery outlet in Iksan, North Jeolla Province.
The Speetto 2000 that A purchased is an instant lottery in which you win the amount shown if two identical images appear. One ticket costs 2,000 won, and two tickets are sold as a set. If you buy the set and both tickets win together, you can receive up to 2 billion won.
A said, "I suddenly remembered the ticket I had bought a while ago and forgotten, so I scratched it without much thought," adding, "Even after seeing the same images, I couldn't believe at first that it was a win." A added, "I kept checking it several times and still wasn't sure," and "Only after telling my spouse and checking again together did I realize it was first prize."
With a son's wedding ahead, A described the daughter-in-law as a good-luck charm and said, "I still feel dazed, as if I've received a big, unexpected gift, but I'm grateful to share the joy with my family."
