Hotel Shilla President Lee Boo-jin attended her son's entrance ceremony at Seoul National University.
On the 26th, Lee attended the 2026 entrance ceremony held at Seoul National University in Gwanak District, Seoul, to celebrate the admission of her eldest son, Lim Dong-hyun. When asked by reporters about her thoughts on her son's entrance ceremony at Seoul National University, Lee said, "I'm grateful."
Lee's mother and Lim's maternal grandmother, Hong Ra-hee, the honorary director of the Leeum Museum of Art, also joined the ceremony. After the ceremony, Lee and Hong handed Lim a bouquet and embraced him. They then took commemorative photos and left the campus.
Lim was admitted to the Department of Economics at Seoul National University, becoming a junior to his uncle, Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong (Department of Oriental History, class of '87).
Lee also visited Lim's high school graduation ceremony on the 9th. Lee watched as Lim took the stage and, with friends, sang Boohwal's "Never Ending Story" and Shin Hae-chul's "To You."
During high school, Lim maintained top-tier grades and was said to have achieved excellent scores on the College Scholastic Ability Test. On the 2nd, at an admissions briefing session, Lim also shared his study habits. Lim said, "I recommend cutting off smartphones and games completely for three years," adding, "It greatly helped my concentration and immersion."
