Actor Kim Tae-hee sold the luxury dwellings Hannam The Hill in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, netting a market-profit gain of 8.5 billion won in seven years.
According to the real estate industry on the 25th, Kim Tae-hee sold one 233㎡ exclusive-use unit at Hannam The Hill for 12.77 billion won in Nov. last year.
Kim Tae-hee purchased this dwellings in Aug. 2018 for 4.23 billion won. The market-profit gain from this sale is 8.54 billion won. The buyer of this dwellings was said to be Gu Jagwan, chair and CEO of Samkoo INC, known as the "cleaning king."
Hannam The Hill is an affluent complex built in 2011 on the former Dankook University Hannam-dong campus site. The complex has 32 buildings and 600 households and is home to families of major conglomerate heads, BTS member Jin, and actor So Ji-sub.
Born in 1980, Kim Tae-hee debuted as a commercial model in 2000 and appeared in the drama "Stairway to Heaven," "IRIS," "Hi Bye, Mama!," and "Lies Hidden in My Garden." In 2017, she married singer-actor Rain (Jung Ji-hoon), and they have two daughters. The couple jointly owns a building near Gangnam Station in Seoul valued at about 140 billion won.
