The Korea Meteorological Administration said Monday the 23rd will be mostly clear nationwide, but rain will begin in the Jeonnam region and Jeju from early on the 24th.
From morning to afternoon on the 24th, most regions nationwide will get rain or snow. Under the influence of easterly winds, the Yeongdong area of Gangwon will continue to see rain or snow through the 25th.
On the 27th as well, rain is expected in the Jeonnam and Gyeongnam regions and Jeju, and Yeongdong in Gangwon will get rain or snow for two days on the 27th and 28th.
Next week's morning lows are forecast at minus 3 to 8 degrees, with daytime highs from 4 to 14 degrees. That is similar to or slightly higher than the average (lows minus 5 to 4 degrees, highs 7 to 12 degrees).
