Police launched an investigation after a man in his 60s was found dead from stab wounds at a dwellings in Yangju, Gyeonggi.
According to the Yangju Police Station on the 28th, on the 27th at around noon, Namsung A, a man in his 60s, was found dead at a single-family house in Yangju, Gyeonggi.
The first person to find him was A's older brother, who reportedly discovered the scene after visiting A's home himself because he could not reach his younger brother.
Police who responded to the scene noted that the whereabouts of A's son, B, in his 30s, who lived with the deceased, were unclear. After a pursuit, police arrested B in Bucheon, Gyeonggi, later that afternoon.
Police view B as a prime suspect on suspicion of murder and are currently investigating.
