Patriotic Banners is suspected of soliciting donations through an account belonging to the minor party "Naeillo Miraero" and putting up banners.
Earlier, the National Election Commission filed a complaint against the Naeillo Miraero leader and others on suspicion of receiving political funds through an unreported account and spending part of them on banner production.
Under the Political Funds Act, income and expenditure of political funds must be handled through a single account reported to the election commission, and every transaction must be carried out by the accounting manager.
