Highs are: ▲ Seoul 6 degrees ▲ Incheon 4 degrees ▲ Chuncheon 6 degrees ▲ Gangneung 7 degrees ▲ Daejeon 9 degrees ▲ Daegu 13 degrees ▲ Jeonju 12 degrees ▲ Gwangju 14 degrees ▲ Busan 14 degrees ▲ Jeju 16 degrees.
The central region will be mostly clear. However, it is expected to become gradually cloudy from the afternoon. The southern region and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy at times.
From night, rain or snow may fall on the northern East Coast of Gangwon and the northern mountains. In the capital region and the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon (except the northern mountains), some places may see flurries with less than 0.1 centimeters of snow.
Waves will run 0.5 to 2.0 meters off the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0 meters off the Yellow Sea and South Sea. In the inner offshore waters (far seas within about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected at 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the Yellow Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
Fine dust levels nationwide are expected to be "moderate."
