Accounting firm Daeryuk Aju has completed the procedures to establish the firm and will officially launch on the 20th.
Law firm Daeryuk Aju said on the 14th that accounting firm Daeryuk Aju will provide accounting, tax, and financial advisory services that complement legal services while maintaining a strong collaborative relationship. The accounting firm Daeryuk Aju will also provide client companies with services such as accounting audits and accounting advisory, financial advisory, and corporate valuation.
The first head of accounting firm Daeryuk Aju is certified public accountant Lee Young-sik. Certified public accountants Lee Dong-woo and Ahn Jin-uk joined as founding partners. Among them, Lee Dong-woo will also serve as deputy head of law firm Daeryuk Aju and coordinate collaboration.
Chief CPA Lee Young-sik passed the certified public accountant exam in 2010 and worked for 15 years in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate valuation, feasibility studies, and accounting audits at Samil Accounting Corporation, Sejong Accounting Corporation, Cham Accounting Corporation, and HYUNDAI Accounting Corporation.
CPA Lee Dong-woo passed the certified public accountant exam in 2008, worked at Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation, and joined law firm Daeryuk Aju after passing the bar exam in 2016. Lee mainly works in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial regulation (accounting fraud), and corporations advisory institutional sector.
CPA Ahn Jin-uk began working in the audit division at Anjin Accounting Corporation in 2008 and handled on-the-ground work across various areas for 17 years at Samdeok Accounting Corporation and the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation.
