Singer G-Dragon's album was selected as "album of the year" on the annual chart of China's largest music platform.
According to the QQ Music annual chart released on the 9th, G-Dragon's full-length "Übermensch" was selected as "album of the year."
QQ Music is China's largest music platform, and the selection shows that the album recorded high response and attention across China and the broader Chinese-speaking world over the year.
G-Dragon shared a photo with the trophy on official social media (SNS).
G-Dragon also made the TME 2025 year-end chart released by Tencent Music Entertainment (TME). Tencent Music Entertainment is China's largest music streaming platform group. On the annual chart, G-Dragon won three awards: K-pop singer of the year, K-pop album of the year, and K-pop song of the year.
In addition, G-Dragon was included in the "top 10 K-pop solo singers of the year," proving both sustained performance and global recognition as an artist.
Meanwhile, in Feb. last year, G-Dragon released his third full-length album "Übermensch," about 11 years and 5 months after the previous one. From Feb. 6 to Feb. 8, G-Dragon will hold the first solo fan meeting since debut over three days at KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to meet fans. Ticket reservation schedules and detailed information will be released sequentially through the official fan community.
