On Sunday the 28th, most areas nationwide will be mostly cloudy, and the Gyeongnam region will be partly to mostly cloudy at times.
Rain or snow will fall in western North Jeolla until dawn, on the Chungnam West Sea coast until the morning, and in the central region except the Gangwon East Sea coast from the afternoon.
In the morning, there will be places in parts of the central region and western North Jeolla where raindrops of less than 0.1 mm fall or flurries of less than 0.1 cm blow.
Expected precipitation is around 5 mm for Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi and the five West Sea islands, inland and mountainous Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk, and less than 5 mm for North Jeolla.
Expected snowfall is 1–3 cm in northeastern Gyeonggi, 3–8 cm in the Gangwon mountains, 2–7 cm in northern inland Gangwon, and 1–5 cm in central and southern inland Gangwon. Use caution for icy roads and black ice.
