On the 27th, the Korea meteorological Administration expected Jeju's high on the 28th to climb to 13 degrees. Busan will reach 11 degrees, Gangneung 10 degrees, and Seoul is also forecast to record a high of 5 degrees.
This is higher than the average (lows of –11 to 1 degrees, highs of 1 to 9 degrees), and most regions nationwide are expected to see clouds.
In addition, the Korea meteorological Administration said there will be places, mainly in the central region, where rain or snow falls. Expected snowfall is 1 to 3 cm in northeastern Gyeonggi and 3 to 8 cm in the mountains of Gangwon. Expected precipitation is around 5 mm.
Meanwhile, waves will run 0.5 to 1.5 meters off the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0 meters off the West and South Seas.
