Fine dust levels will be "moderate" in the capital area, Yeongseo in Gangwon, North Chungcheong, and North Gyeongsang. Other regions will be "good." On the 27th, winds will blow strongly at 30 to 65 kilometers per hour, mainly over the East Sea, South Sea, and Jeju, so vessels navigating or fishing should take special care.
