A document that North Chungcheong Province sent to cities and counties was issued with a woman's private conversation to her boyfriend included. The civil servant who drafted it made a mistake, officials said.
On the 24th, North Chungcheong Province distributed an official document to 11 cities and counties in the province regarding next year's smart livestock equipment package supply project.
The document contained details related to changes in the package supply models. But the "attachment" section at the bottom included a conversation between lovers.
It read: "Oppa, I think in a relationship it's right for both to know whether the other got home safely before falling asleep, but I don't think you agree. It may not be your dating values, but for me this is important, and I think it matters not only when we're dating but also after we get married. So I think I'll keep getting stressed about this. This is something I asked you to work on before, and I don't think saying it again will change much. I tried to let it go, but it's really hard for me."
It is known that the private conversation included in the document was revealed as some cities and counties printed the document. The department that sent the document said it learned this from city and county officials and identified the cause.
According to the provincial government, during the drafting of the document, a personal message the staffer had prepared to send via messenger was pasted into the document in a copied state. The text was set to white, so it was not visible in the electronic document and was not caught during the approval process. When the document was delivered to cities and counties, a default format was applied, causing the white text to appear in black, they said.
