Saturday the 20th will bring rain to most parts of the country.
According to the Korea meteorological Administration on the 19th, rain will fall at times starting before dawn on the 20th in central regions, the Jeolla region, and Jeju Island; from the morning in South Gyeongsang and western North Gyeongsang; and from the afternoon in the rest of North Gyeongsang.
The rain will gradually stop overnight, beginning in the late afternoon in central regions. Expected rainfall is 5–20 mm on Jeju Island; 5–10 mm on the South Jeolla coast; around 5 mm in Gwangju, inland South Jeolla, North Jeolla, Busan, Ulsan, and South Gyeongsang; and less than 5 mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong, North Chungcheong, Daegu, and North Gyeongsang.
Morning lows will be -1–11 C, and daytime highs will be 8–19 C, higher than average (lows -9–2 C, highs 2–10 C). As temperatures drop from the night, rain that has fallen may freeze, creating icy sidewalks and patches of black ice on roads in some areas.
Fine dust levels will be "bad" in southern Gyeonggi, Sejong, North Chungcheong, and Daegu, and "good" to "moderate" in other areas. Waves will be 0.5–1.0 meters off the East and South seas and 0.5–2.0 meters off the West Sea.
