Cold will ease briefly on Sunday the 7th. However, the temperature gap between day and night will be large, around 15 degrees, mainly inland.
According to the Korea meteorological Administration, the morning low will be -4 to 8 degrees and the daytime high will be 8 to 17 degrees.
Expected lows in major cities are ▲ Seoul 3 degrees ▲ Incheon 5 degrees ▲ Chuncheon 0 degrees ▲ Gangneung 5 degrees ▲ Daejeon 3 degrees ▲ Daegu 0 degrees ▲ Jeonju 4 degrees ▲ Gwangju 2 degrees ▲ Busan 7 degrees ▲ Jeju 11 degrees.

Watch for fog. As recent snowfall melts and humidity rises, dense fog with visibility under 200 meters may form mainly over inland Gyeonggi and the Chungcheong region until 10 a.m. In other inland areas, some places may see fog with visibility under 1 km.
In some colder areas, fog may freeze, creating black ice on roads. Reduce speed when driving.
Air quality is expected to be poor. Fine dust levels will be "poor" in the Seoul metropolitan area, Yeongseo in Gangwon, the Chungcheong region, the Honam region, and Daegu, and "moderate" elsewhere.
Some areas will be very dry. Dry weather advisories have been issued for mountainous and coastal areas of Gangwon on the East Sea, northeastern mountainous areas and coastal areas of North Gyeongsang, Daegu, and parts of South Gyeongsang (Busan, Ulsan, Changwon, Gimhae).
From the afternoon, strong winds and high waves are expected over the outer central West Sea, and from night over the inner central East Sea. Some parts of the outer central East Sea may also see thunder and lightning with gusts.
