Morning lows are forecast at -1 to 9 degrees, with daytime highs of 14 to 18 degrees. This is somewhat higher than the average (low -3 to 6 degrees, high 8 to 15 degrees). However, the temperature difference between day and night will be around 15 degrees in inland areas nationwide, so take care of your health.
Morning lows in major areas are 7 degrees in Seoul, 9 in Incheon, 5 in Suwon, -1 in Chuncheon, 8 in Gangneung, 5 in Cheongju, 4 in Daejeon, 5 in Jeonju, 5 in Gwangju, 4 in Daegu, 8 in Busan and 11 in Jeju.

Central regions will be mostly cloudy, and the southern regions and Jeju Island will see intervals of many clouds. Parts of the Seoul metropolitan area and inland Gangwon may get sprinkles of less than 0.1 mm.
In the morning, inland areas nationwide will see fog reducing visibility to under 1 kilometer, and some areas may see frost and ice.
For the time being, the air will be very dry along the east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon and along the east coast and northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang, so caution is advised to prevent fires, the Korea meteorological Administration said.
Fine dust levels are expected to be "good" to "moderate" in all regions. However, northern Incheon and northern Gyeonggi may temporarily reach "poor" at night due to inflows of fine dust from abroad.
Waves will run 0.5 to 1.0 meters off the east and south coasts and 0.5 to 1.5 meters off the west coast. In the inner offshore waters (the offshore area within about 200 kilometers of the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West and South Seas.
