Police are investigating a Japanese person who tried to enter the home of Jungkook of the group BTS (birth name Jeon Jung-kook).
The Yongsan Police Station in Seoul said on the 19th that it is conducting a pre-booking investigation into a Japanese woman in her 50s, identified as A, on suspicion of attempted housebreaking.
A is accused of pressing the front-door lock at Jungkook's home in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, multiple times on the 12th to 14th.
It has not been confirmed whether A returned to Japan.
Earlier, in June and August, there were incidents in which a Chinese tourist was arrested by police after trying to break into Jungkook's home.
On Sept. 1, during a live broadcast celebrating his birthday, Jungkook also said, "If you don't want to go to the police station, never come."
