Temperatures will rise quickly during the day and it will feel mild, so test-takers should pay attention to their clothing when traveling to the test sites.
According to the Korea meteorological Administration on the 12th, thick fog with visibility under 200 meters is expected from early morning to morning on the 13th, mainly in southeastern inland Gyeonggi, the Chungcheong region, and North Jeolla. Other areas may also see fog with visibility under 1 kilometer. On coastal bridges and roads near rivers and lakes, visibility will be even shorter, and in areas with low temperatures, patches of black ice may form on roads, so extra caution is needed for traffic safety.

In particular, the central region, where the temperature gap will be large, will feel somewhat chilly in the morning. Inland Gangwon will start at 0–5 C and the mountains around 2 C, near freezing, before rising to 14–19 C during the day. Clear weather will continue nationwide, but the greater Seoul area and inland and mountainous Gangwon will have morning clouds, and Jeju Island will be partly cloudy at times. In parts of mid-northern Yeongseo, Gangwon, there is a chance of raindrops under 0.1 millimeter from pre-dawn to morning.
The Korea meteorological Administration advised test-takers to bring a light padded jacket, cardigan, or knit outer layer for the morning commute, and to adjust to a single light layer after entering the classroom. As indoor heating will be on, thick coats or thermal underwear may actually feel too warm.
