On Monday the 10th, the country will be mostly sunny, but temperatures are expected to drop due to cold air moving in from the north. Winds are also forecast to be strong.
According to the Korea meteorological Administration, morning temperatures will fall by about 4–8 degrees from the day before, with readings below 5 degrees mainly in inland areas. The morning low will range from 0–11 degrees, and the daytime high from 10–16 degrees.
In eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and high mountains in the south, temperatures will drop below freezing or frost will form in places. In southern Gyeonggi, the Chungcheong region, North Jeolla, and the northwestern inland of South Gyeongsang, raindrops of less than 0.1 mm are expected before dawn. Fine dust levels will be "good" nationwide.
Waves will run 0.5–2.5 meters off the East Sea, 0.5–2.0 meters off the West Sea, and 0.5–1.5 meters off the South Sea. In the inner offshore waters (the offshore area within about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are forecast at 1.0–4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0–2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5–2.5 meters in the South Sea.
