On this day, high swells along the Jeju coast and the South Sea coast may surge onto beaches or over breakwaters, so caution is advised to prevent coastal accidents.
In the outer offshore waters of the eastern South Sea and the outer offshore waters south of Jeju, winds will blow very strong at 35 to 60 km/h before dawn, and waves will be very high at 1.5 to 4.0 meters, so vessels heading out to sail or fish should take special care.
Fine dust levels will be at a "good" level in most areas, but in some parts of the central-west, domestic fine dust is expected to accumulate from late afternoon due to stagnant air, raising levels to "moderate."
