Morning lows are forecast at 4 to 14 degrees, with afternoon highs at 9 to 18 degrees.
There will be some rain before dawn in the central region except the east coast of Gangwon, as well as in the Jeolla region and the western inland of Gyeongsang. Jeju Island will see around 1 mm of rain in the morning. In the rest of the Gyeongsang region, some places will get raindrops of less than 0.1 mm before dawn.
In particular, strong winds will blow across most of the country. Instantaneous wind speeds are expected to be around 55 km per hour, and around 70 km per hour in mountainous areas. On the Chungnam west coast, the Jeolla west coast, Gangwon mountains and east coast, the northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang, and the northern east coast of North Gyeongsang, instantaneous wind speeds may exceed 70 km per hour, and exceed 90 km per hour in mountainous areas, raising the possibility of a high wind advisory.
Waves will run 1.0 to 4.0 meters off the east coast, 1.0 to 3.0 meters off the west coast, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters off the south coast.
On the inner open sea (the open sea within about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected at 1.0 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
Fine dust levels will be at a "good" level nationwide.
