On Saturday the 1st, strong winds will blow across most of the country and rain will fall in places.
According to the Korea meteorological Administration and others on the 31st, morning lows on the 1st are forecast at 7–13 degrees, with daytime highs reaching 15–20 degrees.
Before dawn, rain will fall in the central region except Gangwon Province and in the Jeolla region, and between dawn and morning there will be places with rain in Gangwon Province and Jeju Island. In the northern inland areas of North Gyeongsang and northwestern inland areas of South Gyeongsang, raindrops of less than 0.1 mm are expected between dawn and morning.
Expected rainfall is around 5 mm in Daejeon and Sejong, less than 5 mm in Gwangju and South Jeolla, 5–10 mm on Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and 5–20 mm on Jeju Island.
Skies will be mostly cloudy nationwide, with more clouds from the morning.
Waves will run 0.5–2.0 meters in the East Sea offing, 0.5–2.5 meters in the Yellow Sea offing, and 0.5–1.5 meters in the South Sea offing.
In the open sea about 200 km off the coast, significant wave heights are expected at 0.5–4.0 meters in the East Sea and 1.0–2.5 meters in the Yellow Sea and South Sea.
