The Grade 1 recovery rate is 77.5% (31 systems), the Grade 2 recovery rate is the same at 51.5% (35 systems), while Grade 3 is 45.2% (118 systems) and Grade 4 is 29.4% (100 systems) restored.
Earlier, at about 8:15 p.m. on the 26th of last month, a lithium battery fire broke out in the computer room on the fifth floor of the Daejeon National Information Resources Service, halting 709 government online services.
