According to the Korea meteorological Administration, the Korean Peninsula is on the edge of a high-pressure system moving from northern China to the northern East Sea. The morning low is forecast at 12–21 degrees Celsius on the 22nd and 13–21 degrees on the 23rd. The daytime high will be 23–28 degrees on the 22nd and 24–28 degrees on the 23rd.
Raindrops are expected in parts of the country this week. From today through the 22nd, Jeju will see 5–20 mm of rain. On the 23rd, expected precipitation is 5–20 mm in Jeju and 5–10 mm along the South Jeolla and South Gyeongsang south coasts. Some areas will also get rain on the 24th and 25th. The Korea meteorological Administration said, "Roads may be slippery where it rains, so please be careful with traffic safety."
From early morning to morning on the 22nd, fog reducing visibility to less than 1 kilometer will form mainly in inland central regions and North Gyeongsang. Roads near rivers, lakes, and valleys will have even denser fog than surrounding areas, so drivers should slow down to prevent rear-end collisions.
