On the 5th, a post from resident A in the local online community 'Happy Gangneung Moms' shared gratitude, stating, "I ordered a bucket to collect the rinsing water from washing dishes and laundry, but the seller said they would cancel the order and just send it to me."
The business owner said in a text message, "Considering the water shortage situation in Gangneung, I want to help even a little," and encouraged, "Even if it's inconvenient, just a little effort will make it better."

As of the afternoon on this day, the water storage rate of Obong Reservoir, which accounts for 87% of the living water in Gangneung, revealed a rate of 13.8%.
